White Label

On the White Label plan the workspace becomes your firm's own: on your domain, in your colours, under your name, with Borderfolio's name and crest removed from everything your clients and team see.

Your own domain

The owner enters an address such as portal.yourfirm.com under Settings, Domain. The workspace shows the one DNS record to create at your domain provider; once it is in place the certificate is issued automatically and the address goes live. It must be a subdomain. Advisers sign in there with their usual credentials and your firm's workspace opens first; invitation links use your address. Membership, roles, two-factor sign-in and the audit trail work exactly as everywhere else.

Your look across the workspace

Under Settings, White label the owner sets how the whole workspace looks for everyone in the firm, with a live preview of the sidebar and the sign-in page:

  • Navigation colour. The sidebar, its selected item and the main buttons. White text must stay readable on it (a contrast of at least 4.5:1), so the page refuses a colour that is too light and says why.
  • Accent. Your firm's small marks: the line under your name, your monogram.
  • Logo on dark backgrounds. A light version of your logo for the sidebar. Your main logo, set under Firm & branding, stays on reports and the sign-in page and becomes the browser tab icon.
  • Welcome line. One line under your logo on the sign-in page, for example who the workspace is for.

Colours that carry meaning do not follow the brand: amber for what needs attention, green for what is resolved and red for risk stay the same, so a warning looks like a warning in every firm's workspace. Reports keep their own colours and fonts, set under Settings, Reports.

Invitations

Invitations to new colleagues are sent under the name you choose, with replies going to your firm's address. The sending address itself stays ours so the mail is delivered and not marked as spam; the email carries only your firm's name, without Borderfolio's.

What White Label removes, and what stays

Borderfolio's name and crest disappear from report covers and footers, the sign-in page on your domain, the sidebar, the page titles and the invitation email. One notice stays on every plan: that the figures are not tax, legal or investment advice, so anyone reading a report later can still tell the engine's analysis from your commentary.

Not included

  • Email sent from your own domain's address (only the sender name and reply-to are yours).
  • Custom fonts or CSS in the workspace, and logins for your clients.
  • Legal pages: the terms, privacy notice and the other documents linked at the foot of the sign-in page are Borderfolio's.
