Figures use list prices, which exclude VAT where it applies; the Freemius dashboard shows the exact commission on each payment. A firm that upgrades inside its first 365 days earns you 30% of the larger plan from then on. Prices quoted individually to larger firms are agreed case by case.

Is the commission recurring?
Within the first year, yes: you earn on every payment the firm makes in its first 365 days, including after an upgrade to a larger plan, not only on the first one. After 365 days the commission ends.
Does the 30-day trial earn a commission?
Not by itself. The Founding Adviser trial is free, so nothing is paid on it. The commission starts with the firm's first payment, and the 365 days run from that payment.
How long does a referral last?
60 days from the click, last click wins: a visit older than that is no longer attributed, and where someone followed more than one partner link inside the window, the most recent one is credited. Once a firm's account is attributed, the attribution is fixed.
